There’s a long history of leather work in Mexico. Some tooled pieces date back to Spanish saddle decorating, while other ancient relics made from deer hide were found in Mesoamerican tombs. Our custom wallets feature a simple floral design, which is done with a steam heat press. Every piece features slots to hold cards, two sections to hold bills, a change purse, as well as a little mirror. They’re available in either copper or blush.

Artisans

This family of ten artisans have been producing hand tooled leather wallets for over 22 years. They collaborate together on custom projects in their home workshop for clients throughout Mexico and beyond.

Dimensions

Approximately 10cm high x 20cm wide

Care

Simply wipe with a damp cloth to clean. As these pieces are made from leather, they should be sprayed with leather protector from time to time, and rubbed with a leather conditioner to keep them supple and hydrated.

Note

The price is for a single wallet in copper or blush. All noted prices are in USD and do not include shipping. The leather may feature varying tones in the colour, scratches or other elements. This is typical in the handmade process. They are not defects.
