Introduce a little elegance to your coffee breaks with these gorgeous pieces by our master artisan partner in Southern Mexico. Every original work is formed by hand, glazed, then pit fired for roughly an hour and a half. The copper comes from submerging the still hot piece in a bath of sawdust, along with a quick polish on both sides. Easy to clean and food safe, pair these cups with our family espresso beans for the ideal couple. They are also perfect for sake or mezcal.

Artisan
Our master artisan partner comes from a talented family of potters, who constantly strive to develop innovative designs and finishes. While this artisan creates custom functional works to our specifications for our collection, his main focus is on ambitious sculptural projects that have seen his impressive work displayed in galleries throughout Mexico and beyond.

Dimensions
Approximately 4cm wide x 5 ½cm tall

Care
Hand wash, and do not place in the dish washer or microwave. These pieces are food safe, however anything acidic like citrus juice or vinegar should not be introduced to the copper surface, as it will change the glaze from copper to green.

Note
The price is for a single espresso cup. Our family espresso beans are sold separately. Given the nature of handmade, sizes, designs and colours may vary slightly from the featured product image.
